What is Best of Staffing?

Each year, in partnership with CareerBuilder, Inavero awards the top staffing companies in the U.S. for superior service to clients and talent. This is North America’s only award recognizing exceptional client and placed talent satisfaction. Less than 2 percent of all staffing firms in the U.S. and Canada have earned this award for excellent service.

How are winners determined?

A net promoter score (NPS) survey is sent to the customers (staffing firm candidates and clients) asking them to rate the company, describe why they chose the rating and what the company can do to improve. Promoters are people who rate a business as a 9 or 10 out of 10 – meaning they would highly recommend the business to others. You must have a response rate of 20 percent or a minimum of 250 responses to qualify. The winners must have an NPS score greater than 50 in either the client or talent categories – both being judged separately.

How do we measure up?

The TalentLaunch network of staffing companies, including Alliance Solutions Group, Alliance Search Solutions, Selectemp and the McIntyre Group, won 15 of the client and talent awards. The network’s scores, 61 on the client side and 50 on the talent side, are significantly higher than the staffing industry benchmarks – 9 and 21, respectively.
