Fifteen states, 4,000 miles, and 58 families honored for an incredible sacrifice.
Right now 20 motorcycle riders, mostly military veterans, are gearing up for their journey to honor 58 U.S. Fallen Soldiers. The 2019 tribute ride is scheduled to depart from Oregon on July 14th and arrive in Arlington National Cemetery in Washington D.C. on August 2nd.
The Tribute to Fallen Soldiers Ride is a three-week cross-country motorcycle ride that pays homage to soldiers who gave their lives serving our country.
For those who have chosen to make this 4,000-mile journey, there is a feeling of deep responsibility and obligation to ensure those who lost their lives through their military duty are not forgotten and those family members feel the love of others.
For the first time, we are partnering with NEOPAT to host a very special event honoring Ohio’s Fallen Soldiers. The motorcycle riders will be making a scheduled stop at this event to honor our hometown heroes who made an incredible sacrifice.
The Tribute to Fallen Soldiers reception offers an opportunity to participate in a unique patriotic event that showcases appreciation for Ohio’s Fallen Soldiers and their Gold Star Families. Hosted by the TalentLaunch Network and The Northeast Ohio Foundation for Patriotism there will be a heartfelt ceremony created to honor and show gratitude towards those families who have a permanent hole in their heart from losing a son or daughter, a sibling, or a parent.
“One of the TalentLaunch Network Operating Companies out of Oregon is Selectemp Staffing, we acquired this company back in 2015. The former owner, Roger Cox and I have remained great friends. Beyond being a great guy, he is a humanitarian and military veteran. This is his 9th year doing the Tribute to Fallen Soldiers ride and this year it just so happens to be coming through Cleveland. When I heard that, I took that as an opportunity to show my gratitude for their efforts as well as honor the Gold Star Families by holding a fundraiser where all the proceeds would go to advancing their efforts to continue to do what they do…and hopefully serve more Gold Star Families. It isn’t often you get to be part of something really meaningful like this where you can show the families of Fallen Soldiers just how grateful you are for their loved one’s bravery and sacrifice,” Said our CEO and Founder Aaron Grossman.
