Live Like Erin Foundation
In loving memory of our dear friend and colleague, Erin Kramer (McGinty), who courageously battled breast cancer until 2020. We invite you to join us in honoring her legacy through the Live Like Erin (LLE) Foundation.
We believe in the power of community and the importance of supporting one another through both triumphs and challenges. Erin Kramer (McGinty) was not only a valued colleague but a beloved memeber of our extended family. Her strengths, resilience, and unwavering compassion inspired us all.
About Erin.
Erin McGinty Kramer was a devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend to many. Erin was diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer in 2017. In July 2020, after a few years in remission, it was discovered that the cancer had traveled to her brain. In October 2020, Erin lost her battle to cancer. Erin was (and still is) truly loved by so many, a friend to everyone.
The Live Like Erin Foundation was established as a testament to her enduring spirirt and generous heart. Through this foundation, we aim to continue Erin’s legacy of compassion and support by assisting families facing similar challenges impacted by breast cancer, lost their jobs/unable to work, need help with monthly bills, childcare, etc., and contributing to causes that were dear to her. The LLE Foundation hosts annual beach volleyball competitions, golf outings, and 5k races.
Live Like Erin is a way of life, to do what you can to be there for others just like Erin was there for so many.

We are committed to honoring Erin’s memory.
Through our ongoing support, we aim to ensure that Erin’s legacy of kindness, generosity, and love lives on. We are proud to carry the touch that Erin lit, and we are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others, just as she did. By supporting the Live Like Erin Foundation, TalentLaunch reaffirms its commitment to serving our communities and making a difference where it matters most.

Join Us In Keeping Erin’s Spirit Alive.
